What happens when you book with Miracle Kisses?

Every step of the way, your goals are my goals. Meaning that from the very beginning I want to know what your hopes are for the session and what you plan to do with the images after your session. This gives me the ability to bring your vision to life, combining what you want with my creativity. In order for this to happen, your photo session will take place in several sections: a pre-consultation, your session, your reveal and ordering appointment and finally delivery.

So, what are your goals for your images?

Pre-consultation

Knowing exactly what you want will help us plan all the intricate details of your session together to create images that will make your heart melt. During this phase, I want to get to know you as a family. Learning about what you love and what you have already planned - like a nursery, will allow me to create designs that are both meaningful to you and perfect for you to display.

We will also discuss specific topics like where you might want to display your images and how - from wall galleries and heirloom albums to keepsake boxes and blocks, what to wear, how to prepare, what location would be best, who all should attend, if there is anything special you want to include.

I love being able to design something completely custom for my families so the more I know about you the more personal I can make your session.

Your session

Many families find the idea of taking photos stressful, especially with a newborn and kiddos running all over. To help everyone be calm and relaxed, I love offering in home newborn sessions or taking other sessions outdoors where everyone can have a little room to play. I am not afraid to run around with your kiddos for some fun images of their mighty personalities.

Natural light photography allows me to move with your family with ease throughout your home to give the option for both posed and lifestyle images. The little basket photos are adorable but many families find that many of their favorites are the candid images in between setups where your family is natural.

Your reveal and ordering appointment

1-3 weeks after your session we will get together for your reveal session. We begin with a beautiful slideshow featuring your family. You’ll see the magic come to life in all the little details. And end with your decisions on how best to showcase your images.

During this meeting you will finalize your order so please make sure all decision makers are able to attend. You will get to choose your absolute favorite images. Then I will help you pair your images into designs that will be perfect for your walls or look stunning in an album meant to last.

Your long term plan

You may choose to come back for another session, in a few months as you have your baby or as your newborn grows, or in a year or more as you want to update your walls. We can plan for your return from the beginning and continue to coordinate your portraits so you can add to your current collections or design all new walls for different rooms in your home. I even have created two baby plans to help plan your babies first year in sessions if that is what you choose; the bumps to babies and babies to birthdays plan. Whatever your goals, I am here to help you achieve them.

Delivery

3-4 weeks after your reveal session your order will be ready. I will call or send a message that your order has arrived and set up a time for you to come collect your artwork. You will treasure these images on your walls and in your home, as they are of your darling children who are already bigger and faster than they were the day of your session.
